A picture is worth a thousand words, or so the saying goes. But the new campaign visual for the h3h biennial comprises a single word and a gamut spanning hundreds of colours! Berry van Gerwen, the graphic designer for the h3h biennial, is returning to oversee the design of all our communication material.
The visual our campaign will centre around is a detail from the work of Ann Veronica Janssens, of the artists participating in the upcoming biennial. Her iridescent coloured glass panels are fascinating. Their colours are constantly changing depending on the viewing angle. As simple as her work looks, it’s never the same, leaving you with a sense of wonder and a desire to test the limits. The works are abstract, yet immensely expressive. That makes them a perfect fit for this biennial’s theme of faith. Starting now, you’ll encounter these marvellous colourful expressions in a variety of ways and situations.
