During the h3h biennial, St. Paul’s Abbey in Oosterhout offers a special opportunity for deepening and creativity. On two Saturdays – June 28 and July 5 – you can participate in the biblical painting workshop, an inspiring day in which faith, silence and art come together.
Under the guidance of theologian Father Emmanuel Pannier, the biblical story of Joseph will be explored. During a moment of silence or prayer, we will reflect on an element of the story that speaks to us personally.
After the joint lunch, under the guidance of artist Wilma Wagenaar, the personal experience of the story is given shape in a painting of your own. Experience with painting is not necessary – it is all about the individual imagination of the story.
