Can you also pay in cash?

No, you cannot pay cash at the checkout. You can only pay contactless, there is no cash available.

I ordered tickets but do not receive a confirmation email

Check your mail, refresh your screen, download your new emails and check first to make sure the email didn’t end up in your SPAM or junk mail.

There is a time slot on my ticket from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, how is this possible?

Your ticket is valid all day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The gate opens at 10:00 am and the grounds close again at 5:00 pm.

Can I exchange my E-ticket for ticket on another day?

Yes, you can, provided there are still tickets available. To do so, go to de ticketsupportpagina onze ticketprovider. 

I bought entrance tickets, but still can't come

Purchased tickets are not refundable. You can, however, exchange your ticket to another day. CLICK HERE

Can I exchange my tickets (myself) to another date or time slot?

Yes, you can. You can exchange your ticket to another day. CLICK HERE

Can I receive an invoice with VAT for my order?

No, that is not possible. In your order summary the VAT is mentioned. Groups with more than 15 people who book separately do receive an invoice with VAT.

Where is the main entrance and entrance to the h3h biennial?

The main entrance to the h3h biennial is on Monkendreef, across from the temporary parking lot.

On navigation, enter Monnikendreef. There is no house number.

Parking is only available at the designated (temporary) parking lot on Monnikendreef (behind St. Paul’s Abbey). Enter on the navigation Monnikendreef. There is no house number.

Can I also do the route by bicycle or by car?

No, you can’t. The walking route passes the historic buildings, gardens, vineyard, orchid greenhouses and a pottery. These are inaccessible to bikes and cars.

Are audio tours available?

No, there are no audio tours available.

Is there a route or map available?

The map of the route is included in the public guide but not available separately.

Are you allowed to touch the works of art?

You may not touch works of art unless it is clearly stated that you may.

Is the h3h biennial handicap accessible?

Yes, but keep in mind that the walking route is not paved everywhere, you also walk on garden paths and clinker and gravel paths.

Is there a disabled toilet available?

Yes, at the entrance and the Kloosterhoeve there are restrooms that are handicap accessible.

Is there an area where I can change my baby available?

Yes, you can do that at the restrooms in the Kloosterhoeve.

Can I borrow a wheelchair, walker, stool or child's baby carriage?

No, these are unfortunately not available.

I get a message that my discount code is not valid

Do you get a message that your (discount) code is not valid? Check the conditions of the promotion first. The (discount) code may no longer be valid because the promotion has ended or the maximum number of tickets may have been reached (in an op=op promotion).

I want to give a Gift Ticket as a gift

Gift a ticket

Go to our ticket shop.

Step 1: Select the ticket you want to give as a gift.
Step 2: Check the box next to Gift ticket.
Step 3: Enter your own personal information here and go through the final steps of the ordering process.

After payment, you will receive an email with e-ticket with a code. The code can be used once for an entrance ticket in our ticketshop. You cannot buy a Gift ticket in combination with other tickets.

Please note: You can order and gift multiple tickets at the same time, however, you will only receive one Gift Ticket with code, worth the amount purchased. The code on the e-ticket can only be redeemed once. Multiple tickets must therefore be ordered, simultaneously, at one time.

With a Gift Ticket you can order a free entrance ticket to the h3h biennial A Deeper Shade of Soul!

How does it work?

1. Go to the ticket shop of the h3h biennial via h3hbiennale.nl.
2. Select your admission ticket(s).
3. Enter the Gift Card number at -Enter your discount code here:-.
4. Complete the ordering process in the following steps.

Please note: Have you received multiple tickets as a gift? The Gift ticket has only one Giftcard code. You can only redeem the code printed on the e-ticket once. Multiple tickets must therefore be ordered at one time.

I bought a tour and an entrance ticket at the same time. My entrance ticket also shows the time of my tour. Surely I can enter at 10:00 am?

The time of the tour is not leading for your entrance ticket. This is due to a technical setting in our ticket system. Your entrance ticket is always valid from 10 am to 5 pm.

At what times are there tours?

Guided tours are offered Monday, Wednesday through Sunday at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.. On Tuesdays, the h3h biennial is closed.

I have already bought entrance tickets, can I also book a tour?

Yes, you can. You can book and pay for an individual tour, provided there is still room. Make sure your entrance ticket has the same date as the tour!

How large is the group size on a tour?

Each time there is room for 30 people, who will be divided into two groups of up to 15 people. The two groups will each have their own tour guide.

Thus, the group size per tour is a maximum of 15 people.

Is a guided tour included in the price of an admission ticket?

No, a guided tour is not included in the price of an entrance ticket. You can buy a guided tour for € 9 per person. A ticket for a guided tour is only valid in combination with an entrance ticket on the same day.

Can I book a tour on the spot?

Tours can only be purchased in advance online.

When do I have to show my parking ticket?

Your parking ticket is an entry ticket. Show your e-ticket at the parking lot entrance. There your ticket will be scanned.

Is a parking pass included in the price of an entrance ticket or a passe-partout?

No, a parking pass is purchased in addition to an entrance ticket or a passe-partout. A parking ticket you buy separately and is not included in the price.

Do you have to buy a parking ticket online in advance? Or can you also buy a parking ticket on the spot?

You can buy a parking ticket in advance online. But you can also buy a parking ticket on the spot at the entrance to the parking lot.

I lost or mislaid something on the grounds or during my visit to the h3h biennial

May I consume food or drink brought by myself?

Good catering facilities are available on the grounds. Consuming your own food and drink on the terraces and in the cloisters is not permitted.

Can I bring my dog inside?

No, dogs and other pets are not welcome on the grounds. Only licensed service dogs are allowed inside.

Can I smoke anywhere on the h3h biennial grounds?

You are on private property of the monasteries. Smoking is not allowed here.
